Your deal moves between the people who win it
while you're still on the call.

The follow-up booked, the recap written, your CRM updated, and whoever you needed already pulled in — before you left the meeting.

The Daily Grind
The call went well.
They want a follow-up — open the calendar.
They asked something technical — go find your engineer.
He'll need context — write the recap.
Then the CRM, from memory.

Reps don't lose deals on the call. They lose them in the hour after it.

The last minute, in short

They can't sign without SSO. Security wants Okta SAML and a SOC 2 letter. Marco owns that — bring him the specifics.

The handoff writes itself
and stays on the deal

  • One brief per deal, always current
  • Questions land with it, not in a separate thread
  • Read in thirty seconds by whoever's next

Pain points
  • •Manual SSO provisioning across 35 reps
  • •No SOC 2 letter on file — blocking security review

Follow-up on the record
Nothing existing is overwritten.
It asks. Every time.

Nothing records until you start it, and the room is told.

It adds. It never overwrites.

Your CRM stays the source of truth.

It drafts. You send.

Follow-ups land in your drafts, never your prospect's inbox.

The Bookedt Flow

One meeting.
Nothing left over

From the booking link that tells you who they are, to the brief before you join, the colleague you pull in mid-call, the next meeting booked, the handoff written — and your CRM updated before you stand up.

Questions

The things people ask first

If your question is not here, the answer is probably that we would rather show you than write it down.

What is Bookedt.io, and how does it work with my calendar?
Bookedt is a Chrome extension that sits in the calls you already take. It reads your Google Calendar to know what is next, opens the brief five minutes before, and once the call ends it writes the notes, the next steps and the attendees into your CRM. It connects to Google Calendar only — it has no access to your email whatsoever.
What makes Bookedt.io different from other calendar apps?
It is not a calendar app. Booking a time is the small part; the work is everything around the call — the brief before, the hand-off during, the CRM write-up after. And nothing reaches your CRM until you approve it. No bot joins the call, and Bookedt only ever adds to your records, it never overwrites what is already there.
Which CRMs does this work with?
HubSpot, Pipedrive and Close, connected with one click through OAuth — there is no API key to find or paste. Bookedt writes contacts, companies, notes and next steps, and moves the deal one stage forward when you approve it. It will never mark a deal won for you.
Which workspaces does this work with?
Google Workspace accounts today, on calls in Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Hand-off cards go to Slack, Google Chat or Microsoft Teams — whichever your team already uses — and fall back to email if you connect none of them.
Is this good for SMBs, or only mid-market and enterprise?
It is built for the rep, not the org chart, so it works from one person upwards. There is a free tier and no seat minimums — you are not made to buy a block of ten to start.
