We respect your privacy
You may be here because your work email address turned up in Bookedt, or because you were on a call that someone recorded. You do not need an account with us to ask us to stop, and you do not have to explain why.
Fill in the form and we will action your request within one month, and usually much sooner. If you are in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, these are your rights under the GDPR to object to our processing, to see what we hold, and to have it erased. If you are a California resident, this is also how you exercise your rights under the CCPA, including the right to opt out of any “sale” or sharing of your information.
To be clear about one thing: we do not sell personal information, and we do not run a lead database you can be listed in. See where our data comes from for exactly how a business email address can reach us.
What happens next
We search our systems for the address you gave us. If we find anything we remove it, and we keep a record of the address itself so that we can keep honouring your opt-out. That record is the only thing we retain, and we use it for nothing else.
If we cannot find you, we will tell you. Sometimes we hold nothing at all — a request that matches nothing is still recorded, so that we honour it if the address ever reaches us later.
How we check it is really you
Anyone can type anyone's email address into a form, so we do not treat the form alone as proof of who you are.
For an opt-out or a deletion, that does not matter much — the worst case is that we stop processing data we should not have had. We act on those straight away.
For a request to see what we hold, we reply only to the address in the request. Never to a reply-to, never to a different address, never to whoever filled in the form. If you do not control that inbox, you will not receive anything. If we need more from you to be sure, we will ask — and we will only ask for what we need to match you to a record.

Write to support@bookedt.io with the address you want removed. It reaches the same place as this form. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK and you are not happy with how we handle your request, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
