Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Steflow ("we", "us") for using our products: Steflow (sales outreach) and Bookedt (meeting assistant), including our browser extensions and APIs. By creating an account or using the products, you agree to them. If you use the products for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for that company.

• Give us accurate information and keep your password safe. What happens under your account is your responsibility.
• You must be at least 16, and the products are meant for business use.
• Workspace members you invite can see and edit the workspace’s shared data — invite people you trust.

• Break the law, or use the products to spam, harass, or deceive people.
• Upload contacts you have no lawful right to contact, or content you have no right to use.
• Record meetings without the notice or consent your local law requires.
• Violate the terms of the platforms you connect (for example Google, Slack, LinkedIn, or your CRM) — those accounts are yours, and staying within their rules is your responsibility.
• Resell the service, probe or disrupt it, try to access other customers’ data, or reverse engineer it.

We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Your data stays yours. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run the products, as described in our Privacy Policy. When you connect a CRM, calendar, or chat tool, you authorize us to access it on your behalf — you can disconnect at any time.

Transcripts, summaries, briefs, and drafts are generated with AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before you rely on them or send anything based on them. The product never contacts your customers on its own.

Paid plans are billed at the price and interval shown when you subscribe. You can cancel any time; paid features stay on until the end of the period you paid for. We may change prices or the contents of free and paid plans with notice.

You can stop using the products and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we must for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive (like limits of liability) survive.

We work hard to keep the products reliable, but they are provided "as is" — we cannot promise they will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages (like lost profits or lost data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will update this page and the date at the top, and for significant changes we will tell you by email or in the product. Using the products after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Steflow is registered, unless mandatory law where you live says otherwise.
